Game The game is Stratagem Start-up. If you played the game in A Practical Credit Risk Management, you should expect much of the same. However this time, in addition to managing new business credit quality, teams are required to make decisions about their portfolios using behavioural scorecards and strategies. They need to watch dynamic delinquency and profit drivers, challenging their strategies to optimise results. The game provides a good interlude between the modules. It creates a fun environment to put things into practice whilst interacting with people from other companies.
Who should attend? This course has been designed to appeal to both Portfolio managers and behavioural scoring analysts. It is an excellent follow-on course to "A Practical Introduction to Credit Risk Management" although it is not necessary to have attending the introductory course.
Cost £945 for two days including course materials and refreshments.
This course counts towards the Diploma in Consumer Credit Risk Management.
