Contents:
This two day course asks, how we get the most efficient and effective consumer collections operations. It dissects what strategies are and looks at ways in which we can: match strategies to types of customer through segmentation. It explains how scoring works as a segmentation tool and how to track performance. The second day includes more advanced practices: customer centric collections; Markov Chains and advanced strategies, such as promise to pay and action-specific approaches.

Game

The course is structured with lecture modules and a business game. The game is played by teams running a collections operation and using the tools discussed in the course. This provides the delegates with a fun environment to put things into practice whilst interacting with people from other companies.

 

Who should attend?

This course has been designed to appeal to both Credit Risk people and Collections management. The delegates benefit from having both sides of the equation, appreciating that strategies are only as good as the operation allows.

Diploma
