This three day course looks at the skills required by today's consumer credit risk managers. Managers are required to be technical and have business skills - something that is a difficult to find naturally.  Using many examples and exercises, the delegates are provided with a toolkit of techniques to illustrate the need to be business focused and communicate in a way that is most beneficial to senior management.

Business exercise

Delegates are assigned to teams and given a credit business issue to solve. The game requires them to use the skills taught on the course and concludes with them presenting their solution to the whole group.
