Practical Credit Analytics
|
Contents:
This two day course takes
a practical look at some statistical approaches that can improve decision
making. In the first module we discuss the process of ensuring the right
questions are asked and right analysis is performed. Throughout we view
the statistical tests and approaches as tools to an end rather than ends
in themselves. Real life examples help show how the statistics are used
and when to use which one.

Game The game is Backlog! Teams are required to make decisions about a new business department. They need to forecast volumes of applications and staff requirements. They test mailing and underwriting strategies and have to use the trade-off analysis learnt in module 2 to optimise fraud investigation and cut-off decisions. It creates a fun environment to put things into practice whilst interacting with people from other companies.
Who should attend? This course has been designed to appeal to anyone working in consumer credit - particularly people who have to produce analysis or make decisions.
Cost £795 for two days including course materials and refreshments.
This course counts towards the Diploma in Consumer Credit Risk Management.
