Payment: Payment is not required with registration. We will invoice your company within 15 days of receipt of this form. All bookings must be paid in advance of the first event attended. Cheques should be made payable to Windsor CME Limited and sent to Windsor CME Limited, 291 New Cheltenham Road. Bristol, BS15 4RD. We reserve the right to charge a penalty of �15 or 1% per month for late payment.

Cancellation and transfer: If you cannot attend a day you must give us written notification. If you transfer to an alternative date within 20 days the fee is �75. If less than 5 days notice is provided or a repeat day is attended, the charge for this is �350. Notification must be acknowledged by us in writing.

Accommodation: You will be responsible for booking any travel or accommodation required.

Alterations: We reserve the right to make alterations to the programme. If a date is cancelled, alternative dates will be provided. The delegate hereby indemnifies and hold Windsor CME Limited harmless from and against any costs, damages and expenses which are incurred by the delegate or the delegates company arising from cancellation or amendment for any reason.
