Courses are based on our direct experience built over 20 years of working within the Consumer Credit industry.
You can be assured our tutors are thoroughly prepared and can bring to the table a wealth of know-how based on their direct experience.

Training Services

We can deliver our courses in different ways to meet different requirements:

Class-based Training

• This is the traditional face-to-face training that takes place at one of our venues across the UK.
• Class-based courses are delivered over between 1 and 3 days (please refer to our course list of further details). 
• The majority of courses offer the opportunity to practice the concepts learnt using simulation software or case studies.

Online Training

• All our courses offered as class-based are now available as e-learning.
• This offers a flexible way of attending our courses, whenever it suits you and wherever you are!
• Online courses are offered in two packages:

1. Set dates: delivery is spread over 3-4 weeks which are pre-defined. Within that timeframe, you have the freedom of reading the material and interacting with tutor and other participants at any time of the day
2. One-to-one: allows you to choose which dates would suit best. You are also able to redefine the content and topics to meet your personal learning requirements
